Reshma is a DOH-licensed Speech and Language Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kerala University, India, and is a registered member of both the Rehabilitation Council of India and the Indian Speech and Hearing Association. She is fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
Reshma has worked across diverse clinical and educational settings in India and the UAE, gaining extensive experience in managing a wide range of pediatric cases. Her areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, language delays, learning difficulties, and ADHD. She is certified in Makaton (Levels 1 & 2), AVAAZ AAC, Hanen More Than Words, and Oral Placement Therapy (Level 1).
Her therapeutic approach focuses on individualized, holistic care, with a commitment to enhancing communication skills and improving overall quality of life for her clients.
As the Head of the Rehabilitation Department, Reshma leads the speech therapy team, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and quality oversight. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of integrated, high-standard care, while continuously driving departmental growth and excellence.
